Presentation Guidelines

Session chairs and presenters must arrive 20 minutes before the session begins.
Talks are allotted 15 minutes: 12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A. Symposia timing may vary depending on the number of speakers. Chairs are expected to strictly enforce the schedule.

Each room is equipped with a presentation laptop, USB-A/C hub, projector, and microphones. Presenters should bring their files on a USB drive and transfer them to the presentation laptop before the session begins.

Accepted formats: PowerPoint or PDF (1920×1080 resolution).

Poster presenters must put up their posters before 10:00 and remove them by the end of the day.
Mounting materials will be provided to attach posters to the boards. Posters left after the day ends will be discarded by the organizers.

Presentation slots are either 10:0011:30 or 15:30–17:00 (Monday, 25th Aug: 16:0017:30). Posters are not grouped by theme and are randomly assigned to sessions. Before the conference, each poster will be given a number corresponding to the poster board where it should be displayed. The numbers will be published soon.

Posters remain on display all day. Presenters must stand by their posters during their assigned session only (morning or afternoon), not both, to ensure there is enough space for presenters scheduled in each time slot.

Poster format: A0 size (841mm × 1189mm), portrait orientation only – landscape format is not compatible with the poster boards.
